Build an Army Patch History

This page is the honest patch history for LiveForFun’s Build an Army. There is no public patch-note blog. There is no Trello this wiki can cite. There is no official “1.2.0 — infantry +10%” post. If you need a list of numbered balance bullets, it does not exist in a form we can source. What follows is reconstructed from the Roblox created and updated dates, from the group wall sentence on the game page, from catalog listings for Nuke and Sprint, and from the recorded concurrent-player peak. Anything we cannot source is left out on purpose.

Use the updates hub for the short timeline. Use codes only for codes tied to this place — none are widely confirmed, and this page will not mint any. Use gamepasses for store state. Troop advice still lives on the unit tier list, because a Roblox “updated” stamp is not a reason to invent DPS.

What we will not write

We will not claim a patch added the volcano. The volcano is a landmark visible later in the lane on public footage; that does not date a publish. We will not claim a patch added sergeants. Sergeants are the early ambush in that same footage. We will not claim a patch added rare or legendary bands. Those bands are in the launch description. We will not copy another game’s unit patch (Swordsman, Archer, Witch) and pretend it shipped here.

If a future LiveForFun post actually names a change, this page will quote it. Until then, empty space is the correct record.

Dated record

7 August 2025 — place created / game released. Roblox timestamps and this wiki’s facts agree that Build an Army went live that day as a free simulation tycoon. Server size is four players. The published feature list on day one already includes barracks recruitment, ambushes, upgrades, rare and legendary unique-ability units, and offline combat plus earnings. Treat that list as the launch package, not as a later season pass.

Launch loop, still the loop. Deploy starts a march. Distance is money. Undeploy banks it. Offline time keeps leftover troops fighting. A history page that rewrote that loop without a source would be lying. After every later publish, test the loop once. If it still works that way, the best army comps order still applies: damage on the infantry core, rares when they outwalk, soak last.

12 October 2025 — peak 1,396 CCU. Trackers logged the all-time concurrent peak on this date. That is a population fact, not a patch. It is included because people search “when was Build an Army popular” and deserve a sourced answer. It does not tell you what code shipped that week.

Group wall invite — ongoing. The description still asks players to post the gameplay updates they want on the group wall. That is the developer’s feedback channel. It is also why rumor mills fill the gap: a wall full of wishes is easy to screenshot as if the wishes already shipped. Read the wall as requests. Read the Roblox updated stamp as the only “something published” signal.

Sprint (Permanent) — offsale (catalog). Catalog mirrors list Sprint as offsale. We do not have a patch note that says “Sprint removed in March.” We have a store state. Do not write a date you cannot prove. Do not send players to resellers. If the pass returns, the catalog will say so before this wiki does.

Nuke! (OP) — still listed near 7,214 Robux. Same rule. A listed pass is not a patch. A price is not a changelog. Optional pay-to-skip remains optional. Kids never need it. See gamepasses.

Around 29 March 2026 — last major recorded Roblox update. Locale listings around 28–29 March 2026 are the last widely recorded bump to the experience’s updated date. Roblox “Updated” means a publish hit the platform. It does not itemize the publish. This wiki records the window and stops. We will not fill the hole with invented bug fixes, new maps, or a secret named roster.

How to read an “Updated” stamp

1. Open the Roblox game page and note the date.
2. Check the LiveForFun group wall for a matching sentence from the developer, not from a random wish.
3. Check whether codes gained a real string for this place. If not, ignore TikTok codes from other army titles.
4. Walk one march. If unupgraded infantry still melts on sergeants, the units hub and the S–D list did not get secretly rewritten.
5. Only then ask this page to add a row. A row needs a source, not a vibe.

Why the holes matter

Players coming from bigger tycoons expect a weekly note. Build an Army did not provide one through the recorded March 2026 publish. Pretending otherwise would make the updates hub look complete and be wrong. A short, sourced history protects the rest of the wiki: the barracks loop, the rarity bands, and the “no fake DPS” rule on the unit tier list all stay stable until play itself changes.

If you are writing a suggestion, post it on the group wall the description already points to. That is the channel LiveForFun asked for. This wiki is not that wall.

Until LiveForFun publishes notes, this page stays a date log, not a fan-fiction changelog.
